New Fit Camp
On Saturday 15th June, Andrew and Lewis will be running our first Fit Camp session. This will involve circuit based training with various pieces of equipment including stx, vipr, kettlebells and many more. There will also be cardiovascular work, agility and body weight exercises. Next car boot sale
Our next Car Boot Sale: Sunday 26th May 2013 (8am - 1pm) As part of our Green Team's commitment to supporting the local community's environmental agenda, Inverness Leisure's main sports hall is transformed into a massive indoor 'Car Boot Sale' on the last Sunday of every month. We offer members of the public and community groups an opportunity to raise some funds by selling off some of their unwanted items to those who may have a use for them. The indoor car boot sales was an Inverness Leisure Green Team initiative to support community recycling and therefore offering an indirect contribution to reducing items going to landfill. Our Car Boot sales are extremely popular with members of the public due to the fact that they are completely indoors and not weather dependent.
