Please note that tickets for all classes go on sale one hour in advance of the class at gym reception. During peak periods (particularly in January and February) these classes sell out very quickly. Customers are advised to book their ticket as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.

Timetable valid from 6th May 2008. Customers should note that times may vary. Please check our current timetable alterations, cancellations and venue changes.

All studio classes are open to those aged 16 and over unless otherwise stated. We apologise but we cannot allow access to classes for those under the age of 16. This is due to legislation relating to exercise classes, it does not apply at present to Line Dancing or Karate.
