Following the brief closure of the Competition pool on Tuesday 20th January, Management are pleased to announce that all works were completed satisfactorily and the pool re-open this morning at 7.30am.

 

Speaking about the closure, Craig Steedman, Head of Operations commented, "We were obviously disappointed that we had to close the competition pool to get the repairs done and inconveniencing our customers again.  But when all options were considered, effectively we had no alternative in doing so in order to bring the pool back online.

 

"However, I am pleased that the contractors were able to get the work done within the agreed timeframe and we have been able to re-open business as usual today.

 

The competition pool was closed for less than a day whilst the repairs took place.
